Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Men’s Underwear and Lingerie unless items are defective or not as described. All swimwear must be returned with original hygiene liners intact.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely package your items in the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • All items being returned
  • Original packing slip (if available)
  • Copy of your return approval email

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? Follow the same return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (shipping fees may apply).

International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement.
