Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve you better:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Tracking available

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • For swimwear: must have original hygiene liners intact

Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Men’s Underwear and Lingerie unless the items are defective or not as described.

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely package your items including:

  • All items being returned
  • Original packing slip (if available)
  • Copy of your return approval email

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? Follow the same return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (shipping fees may apply).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement.

International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees.
